Long Distance Reiki provides the same potent healing powers as in-person Reiki: the only difference is that we are not physically together. This is helpful in times like this when you need to release stress, fear and get balanced even if you cannot physically come to receive Reiki. Energy is space less and timeless so not being together doesn’t affect the energy healing and how it works. Reiki can be sent to anyone, anywhere, at any time and has the same success! 

How it works:

Book your appointment.

• I will call you 5 minutes before your session to make sure you are in a quiet place, with minimal or no distractions, laying down or sting down comfortably.  You can put some crystals over your body if you have them.
• You will keep your phone next to you during the session, as we will remain connected over the phone. But your phone will be on do not disturb, so no other calls interrupt.
• We will discuss your session goals and you will lay down, while I play relaxing music, and use the crystal sound healing bowls. You will hear and feel the bowls vibrate trough your phone. I will guide you through a soothing relaxation visualization. You will get completely relax and should start feeling the amazing healing energy trough your body.
• At the end of your session, I will ring a soft bell and we will discuss, any feeling sensations, or messages that I had received.
