SESSIONS – In Person or on Zoom
Relax on a massage table in a peaceful space, sound tracked by 432Hz high vibration music as you receive Aromatherapy with organic essential oils. You will remain fully dressed during the session, as the Reiki Practitioner will apply gentle touch with the aim of directing Healing Energy to different parts of your system to balance your Chakras and to help you release any blocks.

A Chakra Alignment Technique will be used to restore balance and overall health. You will also receive Crystal Healing and a Sound Bath with crystal & Tibetan singing balls, rain stick, ocean drum & chimes. At the end of your Reiki session, you should feel relaxed, lighter, and recharged.
After the treatment, share your experience and discuss general wellness approaches.

Block Release Session

Chakras are energy centers of the body and are closely associated to the endocrine system. An imbalance in one of the chakras will affect the endocrine gland associated with that chakra, causing disharmony on the body, mind and emotional levels. When a chakra is out of balance, the chakra and therefore the whole system are drained of energy. Childhood traumas, cultural conditioning, limited belief system, restrictive or exhausting habits, physical and emotional injuries, contribute to chakra blockage.

Reiki can help clear out and balance the chakras.. By using this technique, we can influence our chakras, our health and our lives for the better.
